Abstract
COVID-19 has caused restrictions on community activities including teaching and learning activities, so that an alternative for continuing teaching and learning activities is through online learning or through online media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of online learning using online media during the covid-19 pandemic on junior high school students' volleyball bottom passing material by referring to the learning effectiveness criteria, namely student learning outcomes, student activities, implementation, and student responses. This study involved 34 students of SMP Negeri 6 Ungaran Satu Atap. Sampling with simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using observation sheets on the implementation of learning and student activities, learning outcomes tests and student response questionnaires. The results of the study inform that learning in the network is effective in learning to pass down volleyball for junior high school students. Furthermore, the increase in learning outcomes after online learning is in the moderate category. Following up on the findings of this study, it is necessary to develop learning methods through networks during the pandemic restrictions so that the teaching and learning process continues and student learning outcomes still meet the value limit.
