To find out whether there is an increase in basketball chest pass skills through (WA-G), whether there is an increase in basketball chest pass skills through video zoom, and which is more effective between using (WA-G) and using video zoom to improve chest pass skills. basketball</em></p> <p><em>The researcher used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design method. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Tanjung with a total of 90 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 30 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Tanjung. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia makes a policy to conduct online learning activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of children's physical activity during the New Normal period in Junior High School in Semarang East Semarang District of Semarang City. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The method used in this study is surveying. The data collection technique in this study uses physical activity instruments in the form of questioner sheets. The data analysis techniques in this study used percentage descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that during the new normal students more often do physical activity, namely walking, cycling and jogging. In addition, the research data also showed that students do more exercise in the afternoon with a frequency of 2-3 times a week. While the results of the effectiveness of passing down volleyball with the discovery learning model of 89.00. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of activity of physical education teachers during learning during the covid 19 pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research.. Informants in this study were principals/deputy principals, and physical education teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used several techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique in this research is source triangulation. The analysis was carried out using an interactive analysis model. The results of this study indicate that in the results of observations in the form of teaching and learning processes through WhatsApp Group and the results of interviews that have been conducted by researchers that physical education teachers in several schools that have been studied in teaching and learning activities during online learning are very limited and have not run optimally. There are constraint factors that make teaching and learning activities not run well, several obstacles to students that make teaching and learning activities less run optimally, such as students who do not have cellphones, lack of internet network, students who are lazy when learning, students who are bored and lack of enthusiasm during online learning, students who do not respond to the teacher during learning. This study was to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the physical fitness of SMA Negeri 1 Guntur students. Researchers used a quantitative approach. All participants in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Guntur. The sampling technique in this study used three grades of random sampling technique including Grade X, XI, and XII from SMA Negeri 1 Guntur. To examine the results, the researchers used two Likert questionnaires as data collection tools: the fitness questionnaire and the athletic questionnaire during the pandemic. The analysis of the data used is Karl Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Method, which seeks to test the correlation between athletic training and fitness during a pandemic. The results showed the linearity test results obtained by Sig. If the linearity deviation &gt; 0.05 or 0.632 &gt; 0.05, there is a relationship between athletic variables and fitness during the pandemic. For correlation tests, see Sig. (2 tails) &lt;0.05 or Sig value. (2 tails) is 0.000 &amp; lt; 0.05, indicating that there is a correlation between physical education variables and students' physical fitness during the pandemic.
