This study uses an experimental method with a Single Subject Research (SSR) design of type A-B-A. The study subjects consisted </em><em>of a child with autism who participated in a swimming therapy program for seven sessions. Data were collected through observation using the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) instrument which was modified and analyzed using the visual analysis method and Percentage of Non-overlapping Data (PND). The results showed that before the intervention, the child's gross motor skills were at a level of 91%, and after the intervention, it increased to 100%. This increase occurs gradually, especially in the aspects of balance, coordination, and body awareness. These results show that freestyle swimming therapy provides significant benefits in developing gross motor skills in children with autism. This research was conducted using a pretest-posttest design with an experimental group. Data were collected through cognitive and psychomotor tests. Data analysis shows that, compared to the pretest results which had an average score of 77,50, the posttest results had a better average score of 90,80. The learning outcomes of students taught using the CRT method have significantly improved, as seen from the analysis results which show an increase of 13,03. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study using a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of the study were 4th semester students consisting of class A and class B totaling 52 students. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test. The quality test of the test item assessment instrument included validity test, reliability test, question difficulty test, and question discrimination test. The data analysis technique used was a hypothesis test with a t-test to see the difference in understanding of muscle anatomy in the experimental class and the control class with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of the body painting method on understanding muscle anatomy in physical education students. The method used is the correlation method. The population in this study is members of the sports student activity unit of the volley ball division of Universitas Darul Ma’arif Indramayu. The sample used in this study was 10 female members. The technique used in this sampling uses purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is a test. The instruments in this study used push up tests and upper service skill tests. Data analysis techniques use mean tests, standard deviations, normality tests and hypothesis tests. Well-organized and thoughtfully planned physical education programs can enhance intellectual abilities, foster skills development and boost physical fitness. One common form of physical activity involving the legs is short-distance running. This research focused on assessing the implementation of the jigsaw cooperative learning model to enhance short-distance running skills among students at SMP Negeri 2 Semarang. Conducted as Classroom Action Research (CAR), the study targeted Grade VII students, with a sample of 32 participants from Class VIIC. The results revealed a significant improvement in students' short-distance running abilities after using the jigsaw learning model. During the pretest, 19 students (59.50%) did not meet the minimum competency standard, while 13 students (40.62%) achieved it. One material that is often considered difficult by students is the cartwheel movement in floor exercise. This research aims to improve cartwheel movement skills in class VIII G students of SMP Negeri 2 Semarang using audio-visual learning media. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with two cycles. The research subjects were 32 students of class VIII G, with data collection instruments in the form of cartwheel skills tests, observations and interviews. The results showed significant improvements in students' cartwheel skills. In the pre-cycle, learning completeness only reached 40.6%, increased to 53.1% in the first cycle, and reached 78.1% in the second cycle. This increase shows that video media is effective in helping students understand and carry out cartwheels better.
